Learn to heal yourself through gentle exercise, breathing and meditation. Practising Qigong, a Chinese exercise program incorporating breathing techniques & light movement, helps relax the body & mind, oxygenate the blood and detox the system.
The practical components of healing and stress management are the most effective aspects of the tradition in Qigong practice. Qigong enhances the natural healing resources and the spontaneous balancing in the human body.
Buddhist Temple tours are part of the classes.
